What we self-perform
A single point of contact from bid to closeout. We price the trades together or separately.
Non-structural partitions, furring, soffits, bulkheads, and ceiling framing. Layout from the drawings, in-wall blocking and backing included.
Cold-formed steel exterior wall framing, including load-bearing and infill walls, headers, jambs, and sheathing where it's in our scope.
Gypsum board hang and finish to the specified level, including fire-rated and moisture-resistant assemblies, shaft wall, and corner bead.
Suspended grid and tile, seismic bracing where required, and coordination with above-ceiling trades for lights, diffusers, and sprinklers.

Since 2018 we've self-performed interior and exterior metal stud framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings for general contractors on commercial, healthcare, education, and institutional projects across the state.
